What to Expect from Our Agents

Count on A-Alliance Bail Bonds, Inc., to meet your bail bond needs. When a person is arrested and the courts feel that person is a danger to the community, themself, or is unlikely to return to court for future proceedings, a bail is set and must be posted before the accused is released. The State of Minnesota has mandated bail to specific crimes. That means if you commit a crime that has a mandated bail, you, regardless of your status, will need to post bail. If the person fails to return to court, the bond is then forfeited to the courts.

What to Expect from Our Agents

Our agents will post bail for the defendant to secure the person's release. They will explain the entire process and what is expected not only of the defendant, but also of the cosigner. In return, the agent is paid a fee representing a percentage of the bail that is posted. The agent may also require a lien or some security interest as an asset to ensure the bond will be honored—this is in case the defendant fails to appear for their court appearances.

Choosing a Bondsman

We walk you through the bond, explaining every step and meeting your specific needs and requirements. We work with the jail, courts, and lawyers in the area to make sure you have a full understanding of what has happened and what to expect in the near future. Our company makes it very easy to post a bond by offering quick and reliable service, along with payment plans. Contact us for more information.
